We worked with both Jonathan and Sara and gave them our wish list once we decide to downsize from our 5 bedroom home that we had put for sale and move to a condo style unit. Sara was fast at getting us out there to see what was on the market, and both were on the hunt diligently, as we had sold our home and now need to find our new place as soon as possible. Our entire wish list was fulfilled, including a fabulous location, and paying a fair market value for the property. Our list was a challenge, as we didn’t want a typical condo building with a shared main entrance and a shared garage, but more townhouse style but on a single lower level, and a private 2 car garage.
